Our Firm has over 30 years of experience with the Requirements of the Office of the Statewide Health Planning and Development, predominantly as it is related to community health centers. with design experience in Dental, Medical, Ophthalmology, Behavioral Health and WIC programs.

Our firm has modest experience in working with Division of the State Architect. we have completed several projects on school campuses. the projects are mostly related to the current and evolving trend of School Based Health Clinics [SBHC]. we are familiar with the formalities and DSA documents necessary for pre-plan check submittal through construction management and certification.

Our Firm has extensive experience with tenant improvements. these are unique projects and because of the existing conditions much attention must be given to the final design solutions. there is a great sensitivity and care that must be devoted to modifying existing structures in order to ensure compliance with current environmental health requirements and energy efficiency standards and for the maintanance of the structural integrity.

Our firm is driven by a philosophy of relationality. everything that exists is essentially in relation. We evaluate everything relative to the design solution in its whole and in its parts, by how well its existence participates in this three dimensional relationship of gratuity (gift given), receptivity (gift received) and fecundity (gift composed). We seek to approach the design solution with a sensitivity oriented toward a certain intangibleness that we refer to as the "sprit of the place" which incorporates the totality of our environment as it relates to the human person and is inclusive of both the material and immaterial constraints.
